  • Thank you for booking me as your wedding photographer. In order for me to complete your booking, please fill in this form as accurately as possible. I realise that some of the information may not be relevant and some of the information may not be confirmed just yet - don't worry, just fill in what you can and I will be in touch closer to the time to confirm all of the details.

    You should have already received the details of your package and also the invoice with details about how you can pay your deposit. If you have not received this or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me

    Please fill in all relevant sections with additional details if possible e.g. Speeches: 5pm 3x speeches following the wedding breakfast

  • Important Information:

    Payment of the deposit secures the chosen date for your event.  The remaining balance is required, in full, no later than four weeks prior to your wedding. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the cancellation of services for your wedding and the loss of your deposit.

    If you wish to cancel, please inform me as soon as possible. If notification is received more than 16 weeks prior to the arranged wedding date, you will receive a 50% reimbursement of your deposit. For cancellations within 16 weeks prior to the arranged wedding date the deposit is non-refundable. If the date of your event changes and I am unable to re-schedule, your refund will be returned in full provided that you have given me at least 16 weeks notice of the re-scheduled event. 

    Photos from your event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you have any reservations regarding this, please let me know in advance.
