I consider myself to be a location photographer. I much prefer to head outdoors for a photoshoot rather than be restricted to the confines of a studio. Not only does it put you at ease, it also provides an opportunity to take some really unique images. The location is completely up to you - maybe a favourite picnic spot or local woodland. If you are unsure about where to choose then I am always happy to provide suggestions.

Of course, for newborn photoshoots heading out of doors isn't always the best option. That is why I offer to do newborn photoshoots in your own home. That way you can ensure that they are kept safe and warm in an environment in which they are comfortable and also be able to respond to their needs more effectively (there is almost always at least one feed and nappy change required during each shoot!). I also understand that photoshoots involving children might not always go according to plan. Don't worry! I always make sure that I have extra time available should the photoshoot take a little longer than anticipated.
